Razer Core X Chroma eGPU Enclosure: Fan Not Working

I have a Razer Core X Chroma with Nvidia 3080 installed. The GPU works, everything appears to be good to go, but the enclosure fan does not work. It doesn't spin at all. Both GPU fans can be going at full speed but the enclosure fan never turns on. Anyone have any thoughts? I've checked all the connections, everything seems good to go with that as the only issue. Using it with Surface Pro 8.

@scorpio0679 Try to check the power cable for the enclosure fan if it's properly connected. Make sure the Synapse application is up to date as well and try a different TB3 cable for further isolation. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem.
