Razer Core X will not power on and more

Hi there!,

I'm looking for some help on what is probably a variety of issues stemming from my Razer Core X that I can identify. This has been ongoing for a few months now but I have not had the time to really dig into the issue until now.

1. Prior to my current new issue of it not powering on, the core X was fitted with a Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER connect thunderbolt 3 to a Dell XPS 15 7590. This configuration worked without any issues for a long time after I returned from Iraq in 2020. A year later, the laptop can see that the GPU is there in device manager but the nVIDIA control panel is unable to pick it up now. This prevents me from being able to use. I tried manually redownloading all the drivers and that did not solve anything. That's problem number 1.

2. When I would power on my laptop with the Core X plugged in I would get the following message as of late "PLEASE POWER DOWN AND CONNEC THE PCIe POWER CABLE(S) FOR ALL GRAPHICS CARDS". I'd unplug the Thunderbolt 3 connection power cycle the laptop and reconnect and it'd be fine but still lead to problem number 1.

3. I finally got annoyed by the message and opened up the case and disconnected and reconnected the GPU. Everything is seated correctly from what I can tell and still receiving that message coupled with the fact that now it will not power on at all.

Apparently I can't contact Razer support so hopefully you as the community can help me out or I guess I'm throwing this out and building a computer.
