Razer Cortex not working properly

Razer Cortex says it boosts my game and then upon the game launching it'll restore everything for no reason

Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from here, then fill out the Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on your desktop with all logs needed.

I uninstalled Synapse, cleaned the registry, and then re-installed Synapse

And what's the result? Working?
