Razer Cynosa Chroma working but not working

Hi, I have a small problem, I connected a new keyboard to the PC, the keyboard lights up rainbow and when I press a button, it stops lighting up rainbow and only lights up the pressed green buttons and the windows do not respond. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled Razer Synaps and I don't know if it's damaged or I'm doing something wrong. I will add that I have Windows 10 and Synaps can see the keyboard but I can't configure the backlight.
I connect keyboard to other PC and everywhere is the same problem.

@8logic8 and @bizDarkVioletheat883 Where did you guys get the keyboards from? It sounds like they are stuck at Demo Mode. Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can give you a model-specific reset procedure.
