Razer Deathadder Elite DPI refuses to change
I purchased this mouse around 2018, and it has worked decently until around 2-3 months ago. It stopped changing DPI, and has stuck on this standard DPI that I don't know and I can't change. I can change the DPI when the Synapse software is not open, but I can't when it is. Any solutions to this problem?

Do you mind sending me screenshots of the Performance tab on Synapse and try taking another when changing the DPI? For now, let's perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse to fix this issue. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
