razer deathadder v2 pro poor battery life

its only 40 hours i guess not up to 70hours. its brand new whats the problem? again common razer problem? what can i do? it has sleep mode i guess. when i turn off pc is it working? i only use 2.4ghz.
i charged 16 hours ago and its now %50. i didnt update firmware. is it affect battery life?

My personal views is that probably their settings is set to enter sleep mode if idle for 1 minutes and low power mode enabled if battery below 100% since it mentions up to 70 hours but didn't mention optimal setting used beside the lighting and polling rate that might affects the battery life as well.

It will still running if the sleep mode if not activated when you turn off your pc.
I recommended you to update to latest firmware if available for the hardware which usually fix any bug/issues found.
Will that firmware update affect battery life? If the updates is related to it, then might affects else no affect.
