Razer Devices No Longer Detected in Synapse 2.0 (Post-Update)

Hi,
As per the title, ever since the latest updates of Synapse 3.0 and 2.0, my hardware are no longer detected.

My List of Audio Devices with problems are shown below:
Razer Kraken Pro V2 - Oval Ear Cushions (Audio Jack): Not detected or shown in Synapse anymore
Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 (USB): Detected
Razer Hammerhead Duo (Audio Jack): Not detected

Last time in Synapse 2.0, there is an option to select multiple Razer headphone settings (my favorite so far was Razer Carcharias on my Kraken/Hammerhead). Now, it only shows the USB Kraken version in which has limited settings to change.

Multiple occasions my Synapse 2.0 crashes when switching between Headphone/Speaker, thus made me decided to perform a clean re-installation of the software, leading to this problem.

Apparently Razer Surround now blacklists other audio brands such as Logitech devices. So, I've opted to use the THX SPATIAL AUDIO - SURROUND SOUND APPLICATION. Currently on trial version, and I cannot even purchase the software from Razer store as it is locked for US region whilst I'm in Asia Pacific region (Malaysia), hence, unable to fill in required forms that includes phone number and address that is locked for US region.

So far had submitted support tickets to Razer Support, now that it has been almost 3 weeks, no response has been given. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not seem to work. :frown_:

Any advice on the matter is highly appreciated, thank you in advance.
