Razer, Fix Synapse for Kiyo Users! [SOLVED]

See fix for Kiyo in comments.

After doing a quick search its clear the latest update to Synapse 3 has effectively bricked our Razer Kiyo into a non-interacting, laptop-quality $10 webcam for at minimum, a substantial number of owners.

To reiterate the primary issue, Synapse 3 will no longer detect your Kiyo with the last update. All you recieve is a blank "settings" page when clicking on the "Broadcaster" tab or selecting your Kiyo under Synapse>Dashboard>Devices.

It seems this has affected other software as well, every 3rd-party app now detects our Kiyo as "USB Video Device" or same such generic description. This has to be changed manually in my streaming and recording software.
The biggest issue is the camera settings can no longer be updated in OBS or other programs appropriately. Adjusting between 1080p@30fps and 720@60fps is no longer possible and attempting to manually set, which was previously possible, now automatically locks my Kiyo and forces it to "reboot" the device completely. Visually, video seems much grainier and resolution does not appear to be of selected quality.

Please give us a fix so this issue can be resolved for those that shelled out the cash for one of your products.

And for crying out loud PLEASE publicly post a fix if available and stop telling every forum thread to PM for further steps, it's exceedingly frustrating to see zero follow-up when literally all the posts end with no resolution. At the very least admins comment back after a resolution has been met so the community can benefit from the knowledge. That's kinda the entire reason these forums exist.

UPDATE: SOLVED!

TL;DR: Latest version of synapse 3 update didn't do well with Kiyo, need to clean install fresh to resolve Kiyo control issues.

For the many having the same issues, after walking through all the normal checks and such with Razer chat support, shout out to Steven, good dude, the issue of blank settings screen has been resolved. Long story short, a completely clean install of Synapse 3 was required. Meaning you should uninstall all software for razer synapse (2.0 as well if you use it), uninstall your mouse, keyboard, camera, and other razer products in device manager (and associated drivers if prompted), restart your pc and install fresh synapse from razer website.

I'd guess something went cheesy about how the Kiyo talks to synapse and just wouldn't see it after the last update, but as long as it works now, all's well.

Here's (1) (2) the directions provided me by Razer chat support, hope it helps!
