Razer has disabled my wallet by mistake when I was browsing the account update 2018 page and exploring that page after the payment page for the purchase did not load well .. and after communicating with technical support for more than 20 days and the account is still disabled and technical support does not help at all, I have provided them all The information they requested and did not explain to me the main reason for disrupting the wallet..and they closed the ticket without liking it..and I opened another ticket and also it was closed without my help..Does this mean that Razer has stolen me with $ 500 and I cannot dispose of it .. What is the solution And why does technical support not help me seriously
