RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS - POKÉMON EDITION
My earbuds doesn’t pair with my phone, even the new app doesn’t recognize it’s presence near the phone. The light keeps blinking and nothing happens. When I open its box I can hear the pikachus sound, but nothing happens. My warranty is over, so razer won’t help me anymore (sucks) and I can’t find anymore useful information… what do I do?

Thank you for posting your concern here. Please follow the steps in this guide to fix your earbuds. If nothing changes, there's the possibility that it's a transceiver issue. Have you tried pairing it with another phone or maybe a laptop? If it's a hardware problem, there's not much I can do. We don't have RMA options for your device since it's out of warranty.
