Razer Hammerhead V2 (not pro) Technical issues

  1. My Razer hammerhead v2 ear buds left ear has stopped working, any simple solutions that DON'T include cutting the cord? They aren't even a year old and I still have a warranty.

    Hello! Does the same issue persist when used with other devices? Can you send over the serial number of your Hammerhead V2 to me through PM? Make sure to include the link to this post. I'll take it from there.
     
  3. The issue is from the wires themselves, when I position the cord in the right way it works like brand new again but it's very hard to do and is still broken, how do I check the serial number? Is it on the box? If so I still have the box.

    Thanks for the reply. It should be on the box. It is the 15 character alphanumeric code labeled as SN. Please send it to me through PM.
