Razer Kitty Disappointment - Disconnecting/Popping + Cause Stuttering

This is my second pair of the Razer kitty headset which was reimbursed to me from my first set having identical issues. I'm overly frustrated with the continual under performance of this product.

My first headset was very prone to:

- Constant popping of audio especially while playing more demanding games/listening to louder audio (this shouldn't be an issue, my computer statistically should be able to handle most things.)
- Causes stuttering every 30-60 seconds during gameplay
- Frequent disconnects
- 20% chance of initial connection when plugged in

My current headset is very prone to:

- Identical popping of audio under similar circumstances
- Device constantly being unrecognized (Windows popups/frequent disconnects)
- Causes stuttering every 30-60 seconds during gameplay

Solutions Attempted:

- I have tried every USB 0.3 port possible on my computer including extended dongles and hubs
- I have tried positioning the chords in different positions to test whether it is a sensitivity cable issue or not
- Tampering with computer settings
- Tampering with Individual game settings
- Uninstalling Synapse, reinstalling Synapse
- Complete wipe of Synapse from device > Running headset without the influence of Synapse
- Contacted Razer Support Team - Many suggestions I had already attempted and did not prevail to any solution

**Side note: I only used any of Razer's software with the first headset. The second one has not been exposed to the software. There seems to be no difference. I am extremely gentle with this headset above that.

I have tried using a different headset (SteelSeries) and no headset at all. I attempted repeating the exact same actions expressed while using the Kitty headset. There was no issues whatsoever while the headset was not in use, so it is very clear this is an issue directly associated with the headset model itself.
