Razer kitty headset keeps disconnecting

Ive had these issues for about 2 weeks now, my whole periphery is from razer, it disconnects my mousepad and headphones..sometimes it reconnects within a second and sometimes it switches to other devices (my monitor) but as soon as i unplug the headphones and put them back in the issue is solved for maybe 10-20 mins... what can i do to fix this? I never had any issues with it...
