Razer Kiyo autofocus and manual focus not working

Hi am having problems with my Kiyo, I can't seem to change the focus. Using the Synapse controls AF doesn't auto-adjust and the manual focus option does manually focus as well. All OS and driver updates have been applied. Any suggestions?

Same. I have a support ticket pending. It's been happening randomly for the past month. It will stop working for 2-4 days and then start working again all of a sudden.
I’ve had the same issue since the beginning of the week every time I‘ve used the camera (working fine) then wanted to use it again after a PC restart (working wonkily). It does work normally again after I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in, but it’s a bit wearisome... Running the latest Synapse version on Windows 10.
Same problem. Seems to start after using latest version of Synapse. Any update?
Same here after upgrading to latest version of Synapse. The camera is extremely blurry and unusable.

Yikes, I just picked up two of these cameras, unpacked the first and have exactly the same problem. It "forgets" to auto focus and nothing will fix it except for unplugging it and plugging it back in. That doesn't always fix it, but it eventually gets there. This happens on both macOS Catalina and Windows 10.
I opened up a support case but it looks like this is a widespread issue. I use this camera for work meetings and can't be constantly resetting it just to get things to look right while on a call. I have a feeling I'll just not bother opening the second one and just return them both. Pretty disappointing from a $100 webcam.
same here... emergency hotfix plzzz I'll beta test for you 😣 I need this for work....

Hey everyone! Have you submitted a case to our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me the following:

a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right then click “About” for Synapse 3.0.).
d. Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.
