razer kraken kitty bt edition won’t charge

i just bought my kraken kitty headphone bt edition a few days ago, it worked pretty fine at first. then the battery went low so i tried to charge it, but it won’t charge. when i leave it for some hours, and unplugged it, it just died. when i plugged again, the indicator still on red. i read the manual, the indicator should’ve turned green if it was charging. what do i do?
