Razer Kraken Kitty disconnecting at loud sounds - lags a high end PC

I have been having this awful issue for several months now. It seems whenever something gets too loud (or perhaps too many audio tracks playing at once as well?) the entire headset is disconnected from the PC for 3-5 seconds.

My left monitor starts blaring my audio, and my mic is no longer recognized in game. It takes a restart of most software. It's not even consistent in frequency. It seems to change every day, sometimes with updates of Synapse. Some days it's fine but today EVERY GUNSHOT did it in Apex Legends. It's not the game, it's likely not my PC because it's just this headset that gives me problems.

My whole PC will freeze for a second once the headset comes back on, and it's really annoying. I have a REALLY beefy PC (10850k, 3090, 64 DDR4-3200) this should not happen.

I submit a support request for this over a month ago on Razer's site and the case was closed without a reply.
This is awful and I really need help/a fix/literally anything.
