Razer Kraken Kitty Edition - Audio Issue

I have had this ongoing issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty edition headphones since owning them, every time I use them, they seem to cut the audio in and out, there's no damage to the USB, or USB ports, it does this in every port, and sometimes, it even causes anything plugged into other USBs to disconnect and I have to restart my whole pc. Not sure if this is directly related to the headset or my pc, however my other headset - Razer Kraken 7.1 does not have this issue at all.

I have tried disabling USB suspending in advanced power settings, I really do not know if this is a headset or pc issue, my thoughts are power supply as the kitty headset requires more power for the extra lights compared to the kraken 7.1's.

anyone got any ideas on how to fix this or what the issue can be so I can get it sorted.

Thanks!

Are you connecting the headset to a desktop PC? Does the same behavior if the headset is connected to the rear USB ports or another computer? Otherwise, contact our Support Team via chat or email.
