Razer Kraken Kitty Edition connecting disconnecting

Hello,

I have been having an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition. My headset alongside the rest of my razer equipment (keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, headset support) keeps connecting and disconnecting for a few seconds. I can see it clearly because the lights turn off and on at the same time. It happens frequently and it's affecting my work.

First I thought it was a power supply problem, so I got an external USB port with a separated power supply. It didn't solve the problem. Regardless of where I connect the devices, the problem persists.

Second, I thought it was a glitch involving the app. But when I deactivate Synapse 3.0, only my Headset keeps having this problem.

I formated my laptop and updated all the drivers. The problem still persists. I don't know what else to do. Since I purchased this headset from Amazon.ca in less than 2 months, I believe this could be a factory problem. How should proceed to get my headset replaced?

Is anyone having this problem?

I can help you get a replacement if necessary. Do send me the serial number of the headset so I can verify the model and look into model-specific solutions.
