Razer Kraken Kitty Edition USB Keeps Disconnecting

Okay so, I've seen a lot of ppl complaining about this issue and I've been dealing with it since 2 months after buying the headset (I have it for more than 1 year now I think but I just tolerated the issue until now). I love this headset a lot but I discovered that the damn problem is Razer Synapse because the headset works fine until I open Razer Synapse 3 which is really disappointing because I think most of us buy razer peripherals not only to have a great audio, typing and clicking experience but also to see those led lights profiles working cute and synced, which doesn't happen because if we open Synapse the headset keeps conecting and disconnecting all the time no matter what, so we have to avoid using Synapse.
Is really annoying and sad because I love razer peripherals and I wanted to see my whole setup in colorfoul leds, but I can't.
I got to this conclusion because I tried everything that I could to solve it, I even tried the headset on my laptop also with Synapse and happens the same. I tried changing USB ports, I tried a CLEAN uninstalling-reinstalling of Synapse, I tried my peripherals on another device, I tried changing windows 10 USB properties settings and much more. Nothing solved the problem so the problem must be Razer Synapse 3.
The question is, does Razer knows about this but doesn't wanna solve this software problem or do they know and are working on it? I hope is the second option but I would like to see an official thread speaking about it lol because I doubdt that Razer Kraken Kitty Edition is the only peripheral having issues with Razer Synapse 3...

i might have a solution for you. try a powered USB hub. i have been scouring the internet for the past 2 days trying to get size info for this headset. my niece is getting into gaming and thought the Kraken Kitty headset is cute. i am wanting to get it for her but she is young and still has a small head. in my search for size info i have come across a few other websites with people saying that a externally powered usb hub has fixed some of the audio and synapse problems they were having. something about the usb ports on the computer not supplying enough power
