I've seen several threads of people claiming to have the same issues, but I have yet to find a resolution that works. I'm not really sure what to do at this point, and it's frustrating trying to talk to someone and having to apologize because I can't hear them anymore at random times. It's inconsistent when this issue happens and I have no warning, but it always seems to happen at the worst possible times.

I have tried uninstalling Razer Synapse and reinstalling it. That didn't work. I have also tried updating the drivers and every other conceivable thing I could think of. But since it is happening on both computers I use, that leads me to believe it is an issue with the headset itself. I have the Razer Kraken Kitty USB headset.

Can anyone help me? I've only had this headset for about 7 months, i purchase them in may 2021 and spent a lot of money on them, so I'm really disappointed to be having this many issues with them. The issues started a few months ago, but I've just kinda been tolerating it until now.

try a externally powered usb hub. i have found that some headsets that have light capabilities need more power then what a standard usb port can supply.
