Razer Kraken kitty feels Flimsy and falls off head

So I recently got a replacement for my old Razer kraken kitty, and when I got it out of the box it felt a lot lighter not in a good way in more so of a cheap kind of feeling, and when I put in on my head there was no compression even in the lightest for it to be able to stay around my ears and on my head making it so when I tilt my head a tiny bit down the headset starts to fall forwards. idk if its just the one i got or they changed the products they used to make the headset.
(i do feel a huge difference in the headband of the headset)
