I buy a Razer Kraken TE Today, and i have a problem

The balance of the chat and game is broken, doest work, i configured the chat for discord, and game for default audio output, i attempt use the chat and game balance, but the chat doest work.

I try to change the balance to the chat only, but this one just stays silent, I go into control panel and I do a test and it doesn't sound any way, I've been trying for hours but it doesn't work, looking for solutions, testing, and nothing.

For now, I have the chat of everything on a single audio device, because I will not stay without talking, but I would like a solution to the problem because I am really interested in the option and I think I will take advantage of it, I hope and you can help me. Thanks you

For now, uninstall the app and reinstall the device drivers following this guide. But don't install Synapse right away. Test if the game/chat balance works without the app. If the problem persists, there is a good chance that there is something wrong with the USB Audio Controller. Do send me the serial number so I can help you further isolate the problem.
