Razer Kraken TE Mic Issues

    Ive been told that my headset has been making awful noises, and I have no clue why it just recently started. I believe its the controller because Ive used another headset and it did the same thing. Could be settings, drivers, hardware. Any knowledge will help!!

    I have the same problem. I reinstalled everything that has something to do with razer. But that only temporarily fixed the problem, because the problem reoccured.

    Hello guys! Do you use noise supression function in synapse 3 micrphone set up? If so - try to disable it, i have a problem of robovoice with this function enabled

    I got the issue fixed by throwing synapse 3 pff my pc

    Hey everyone! This is a common issue since Windows Update 1809. Software-based microphone enhancements did not go well with the changes that Microsoft made. The only workarounds that we've documented to work are to disable any mic enhancements on the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and change the default audio format of the mic to 1 channel,16bits,44100Hz. Let me know if it helps. Else, send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
