I just bought a kraken te but i have some problems with it there is more quality on left cup like stronger basses higher instrument sounds etc. I tried to turn my kraken's left side to my right ear and it stills felts like there is more bass and more quality on the right side (which is the cup that i have problem with) i checked all the balance levels in windows but it didint solve the problem.
Its plugged in with usb cable and i dont know how to fix the balance problem.
(Sorry for my bad English)

No i could'nt try that because i don't have another computer near me

Thanks for the reply. Does the issue happen when used with the USB Audio Controller or when used as an analog headset?
Well I had the opportunity to test it on another PC,the issue is still countinue and it doesnt matter how i plug the headset I get the same issue in every way
