Razer Kraken TE THX Spatial Synapse Sound not coming through
So I bought the Kraken TE headphones yesterday and I'm been trying to figure out the entire set up, but when I set THX Spatial- Synapse as my default device and the Razer Audio Controller - Chat as my default communication device I don't hear any sound coming through in my headset. The picture I provided shows that it's picking up sound but I don't hear anything. I tried installing the devices, I uninstalled synapse 3, same problem. The only way I can hear things is through Razer Audio Controller - Chat being my default device, but I would really like to use the THX audio that is provided with this headset, and the audio with the Controller- Game sounds a bit quiet like 50%. Please help, thank you.

And? Have you solve the problem? I have same.
Hi there,
I myself recently bought a Razer Nari, not sure if it will be the same for you, but I too was facing a similar problem. I fixed it however and here's how I did so:
As attached in the image below, what I did was click on the "SET AS DEFAULT" button in the MIXER tab under the AUDIO tab of Razer Synapse 3 under the THX SPATIAL AUDIO category.

If you don't see the option, try setting the Windows Default output to something else other than the THX first.
Hope this helps.
