hi guys, i have microphone problems
while I was playing games last night, suddenly the sound went away. headset did not work. After removing and plugging the usb jack, the microphone stopped working. it sounds like wind, I am having problems with crackling and low noise. I tried all software solutions. There is no problem with the headphone cable. the only problem is with the microphone.
Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions, I need these.
