The razer audio controller - chat audio works but not THX. When i select THX as my default audio device there is no audio that comes out through it. I do have razer synapse 3.0 installed. If someone can find a solution to this it would be much appreciated.

TI cant completely say that my Razer Kraken isn't working, but not completely. Whenever, I have attempted to connect via the THX usb setup, I am unable to get the mic to work reliably. It has really become a bigger issue when I tried to use it while in a party on Discord. I checked that all the settings in Windows and on Discord where correct. I do get confused on why the device when plugged in comes up with Razer THX Speaker connection -Chat, and also Razer THX Headset -Game ? I can get the audio to come out of the Kraken, obviously that one is set up as headset. The mic section only gives me a single option and it doesn't get any indication no matter what input sensitivity I set it at.
The headset mic does work when connected directly via 3.5mm jack on Xbox Controller, so the mic does work, but the speakers have some audio quality variation with outbound audio. I dont believe it is the controller because I only recently purchased the controller, although I only recently purchased my Kraken as well, so that argument isn't sound. I have followed every trouble shooting guide, multiple times on both system and device.
Lastly, I have noticed that no matter how many times I have attempted to create a profile with the device with the settings to be setup with "Surround Sound" features, it doesn't save that way. I can see the THX button light up, but when I load the profile my settings are not as saved.

I would like to add that it would be very fortunate if the Kraken could be connected to the Xbox One when connected to the usb port. The Xbox One does have Dolby Atmos active on it, and all my computers have full surround sound capacity via native hardware included software, and via software like Dolby Atmos.

I would like to figure out what's going on, since I am building my presence as a streamer and role in a larger Gaming Community.
Thanks.
