Razer Kraken Ultimate Connection Issue
I have had a Razer Kraken Ultimate headset for a while (the one with a USB, and THX Spatial Audio). Recently it has been disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. For a second I thought it was an usb glitch. Now it's getting on my nerves because its happening quite often. I decided to uninstall and reinstall Synapes 3, didn't work. So I went into the headset properties and rollback on it (downgrade the driver) because I thought it had issues with a new driver update, currently still not working. Now I can't reupdate the drivers since Synapes doesn't recognize it. It will switch to Oculus (could be any other) headset's audio, so I disabled that. Now it switches to THX Spatial Audio (Synapes) which I can't hear anything. When it does this it's still getting power, since chroma is still lit up. Anyone having this issue and is there a way to fix this?

I had the same problem as you, my headset would pop, disconnect, reconnect, and so on. Upon closer examination of my headset, I found a singular hair lodged in the rubber part that connects the wire and headset. When I removed it, the headset worked like normal again.
I have the same problem it keeps disconnect and reconnect and makes my game lag so damn hard
I am having the same issue, sent in for support hoping to get a new product. My headset is Kraken Kitty Edition.
are there any other headphones I can get that are better than the Razer Kraken Ultimate which are at a good price?
Same issue here, I just got a replacement as well two months ago, and I started getting the issue again. My first pair lasted six months, and this one only lasted two. I'm not sure what is going on.
