Razer Kraken Ultimate Scroll Wheel
Hi, I just got my Razer Kraken Ultimate headset fresh out of the box, installed Razer Synapse and Cortex, and noticed I can't use the scroll wheel on the headset to adjust the volume, it only displays the current volume, but doesn't actually change it. Is there any way to fix this?

i have the same problem it was working a few days ago and now its not
Same with me, i have the Pink Kitty Kraken headset, the volume wheel worked when i first plugged it in, but when i download Synapse it stopped working

Hey everyone! Was everything covered? Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Have you tried contacting our Support Team? If you haven't, please submit a case or send me a PM together with the device's serial number that starts with "SN". I'll pick it up from there.
