Razer Kraken X USB buzzing sound

One month ago I bought the Razer Kraken X USB headset it had a buzzing sound on my left ear. I returned it to the store and they gave me another one. Unfortunatelly it came with the same problem (the new one).

I've tried uninstalling razer software and installing, changing usb ports, changing computers, nothing works.

The buzzing sound is always there and it is slowly pulsating.

Maybe ask the store you bought it from to fix it or contact razer support here

I already asked the store and razer 1 week ago. While I'm waiting for answers I want to see if there is anyone with the same problem here and a solution.
