Razer laptop crashing under slight load

Hi, i just purchased a razer blade 15 advanced (2019) with rtx 2070 and i7 8750H from amazon, the laptop is crashing alot, it will crash most heavily when im playing world of warcraft, this is even happening on 1080p when the laptop is 4k. I have updated all drivers from the razer website and updated graphics drivers. The device isnt available for support from razer anymore 😞 But im looking to see if i can get a solid fix before i have to just return it to amazon.

The freezing also happens when there is no task being ran, just after i put my windows pin to log in, it will freeze, i cant factory reset because its asking for a media device which i dont have. Im guessing the windows original save file has been removed as there is no restore point i can use.

Just as a side note, it seems to get very hot, even when just using chrome and not plugged in.

Yikes! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade's ongoing concern. When you've tried performing the factory reset, did you follow the steps from this link? Should it fail again, please send me a PM so I can initiate a case on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
