Razer Laptop
Hey guys, I am new to this thread. I got my laptops a few months back and when I got it, the laptop had a broken led on the backbit keyboard and I noticed the laptop was slightly bent. I contacted razer support and they told me to send the laptop back to them. I did, and they absolutely nothing and I got my laptop back untouched a few weeks later. This is my main laptop that I use for work and school so I dont really know what to do. I am hesitant to send my laptop to razer support again since they have been slow to respond and I need this laptop 24/7
