It's weird but true, the mouse stops working ten or so minutes into the game and won't work again until restart of computer. Trying to reconnect the mouse to the base doesn't work either. Not the end of the world but any help would be greatly appreciated.
And if anyone from Razer sees this you should know your support contact website doesn't work, specifically email. The pull down menus for country, and something else, are unpopulated so the form won't work. I tried both Chrome and Edge.
Finally, anyone know of a good video showing how to clean a mouse? I just realized mine is pretty grimy lol.

Hey @newfization, does this only happen on Trove: Crystal Combat? Have you tested it on another game without Synapse running in the background? In any case, send me a PM so I can help you further isolate the issue.
