Razer Naga keeps disconnecting


Hi, my 1 year old Naga X disconnected on its own yesterday.

Now everytime I plug it in, I hear the annoying Windows 10 sound that tells me something is plugged in, and then, 1 second later, the one that says something is plugged out, I'm sure you know what I mean. And of course, the cursor doesn't reapper on my screen.

I tried four different usb slots, I reinstalled Synapse, what else can I do ?

Post before "Hi I'm Mark, have you tried plugging the mouse in another usb slot and reinstalling synapse ? Then let me know"

Ensure to run the latest Windows update. Try installing the Intel Drivers and Support Assistant and check if it recommends the latest driver for your computer.
