Razer Naga Pro Wireless Connection drop issues

I have created an account specifically for this issue, as the automated live chat must be broken from Razer's side as I do not get the text box to write anything in, and this is an issue across multiple seperate browsers and computers. However, this is not the point -

My nearly 1 year old Naga Pro Wireless mouse is having stuttering/connection drop-out issues in the 2.4ghz wireless mode and the Bluetooth mode. When playing games, the mouse will lose connection for about 2 to 4 seconds at a time, at random intervals. This behaviour is not tied to a specific environment or set of actions, and is completely random, forming a very annoying habit.

I need to get in contact with a human support staff and hopefully have this mouse RMA'd or replaced, because at this point in time I have tried every single official Razer step to fix this mouse, but it appears the issue is not repairable by me.

The mouse is confirmed to work without any problems when the cable is connected, however I did not spend extra on a wireless mouse only to use it in wired mode 100% of the time so I do not find this to be an acceptable fix.

Here is an exhaustive list of fixes I have tried over multiple months, using different machines and operating systems, which have all failed to fix this at the core:

- Restarted machine
- Charged mouse to 100% percent
- The mouse is on and using 2.4GHz mode with adapter
- Replicated issue using Bluetooth connection - It was in fact worse with more stutters than 2.4 mode
- Turned off and removed other wireless devices on or near desk - The Naga Pro is the only wireless device in the room and is within 1m of the dongle. There are no obstructions between the dongle and mouse
- Updated operating system to most up-to-date versions (Windows 10 update completed today as of time of writing)
- Used various MacOS versions (10.15 to 12.x) and Windows 10 (Various updates)
- Changed input of the USB receiver between directly into motherboard and into case
- Physically moved to a very different location to avoid other wireless device interruptions
- Updated firmware, prompted that firmware is already most up-to-date
- Ran Pairing Utility software, prompted that mouse is paired
- Razer software disabled to start at launch, and does not run unless manually started
- Removed mouse device from Windows and reinstalled drivers

I believe I have exhausted all possible fix attempts for this mouse - The issue seems fundamental to the hardware and does not appear to be software based.

I am happy to continue with further assistance in PM's. Please send help, thanks.

I am having nearly identical symptoms on my Naga Pro. It began after approximately 1 year in service. The connection drops occur about once per second, lasting a tenth of a second or so, creating an unbearable "hitch" in the mouse movement. Mouse works fine in wired mode.
