Razer Naga Trinity Scroll Wheel Issues

Hi Everyone,
I've been using the mouse for more than two years (so it's out of warranty), but for a year now I'm having an issue where my scroll wheel sometimes doesn't register a step on a turn of a scroll wheel and then registers two steps on the next turn of the scroll wheel.

I've reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled razer synapse, changed usb ports, tried using the mouse on a different machine and used compressed air to clean the mouse.
It seems like my options are exhausted.

I've found an ifixit guide on how to change the scroll wheel encoder but it states that an LK-E5 encoder is used in the Naga Trinity. It's nowhere to be found. Does anyone know an online shop where I could buy one to fix my mouse? Can Razer Tech Support provide me with one? I can pay for it if needed.

I can't contact razer support directly because when i provide my mouse serial number the system tells me that it's past my warranty and I'm out of luck...

Thanks!

Is there some sort of shadowban? Because I don't see my thread on the list...
