Razer Nari Dongle not recognised by Windows

The headset itself was frequently connecting and disconnecting. Now the dongle shows as Avnera in Windows. I tried the firmware update utility but it does not work and keeps failing the update.

Please try this steps:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Its still not recognised. I suspect its faulty as I had all sorts of other issues with headset. One side could stop working randomly and only way to fix it was to connect it with 3.5 cable. With using dongle headset also kept randomly connecting and disconnecting every now and then.
