Razer Nari dongle not working. Is it out of stock?

This /razercare-store-updates.51336/
says it should be in the store. I searched dongle and Nari and neither one returned a Nari dongle in the results.

I am receiving an error each time I plug in the dongle.
Within the device manager, it reads "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

I have tried:
Reinstalling Razer Synapse
Plugging it into every other USB port I have
Trying it in on a different computer

The issue persists.

I would like to order a new one. But I am unable to find it. If it is out of stock, it would be nice if the store had a page that reflected that. Thank you in advance for any help provided.
