Razer Nari Essential, Crackling Volume on everything, awful Mic.

Just purchased these headphones and the sound is really good but only 60% of the time. The rest is Discord absolutely going crackly or any other sound for that matter (Mozzilla, spotiify). The other thing is the microphone and the insane amount of static feedback im getting. I went from $15 earbud mics to these $150 cans and ive been told my voice quality is drastically worse.

I have a lot of Razer products and they have all been the bees knees so far. Please can I get some help? I don't feel like having to mask and glove up again just for returning these.

Just spent the worst part of an hour on with their tech support. This issue won't get fixed and it has been proven to come down to a software issue on Razers side. Then I got told to reset my comp and tell them what happened, so I reset and Customer Service closed. Not the techs fault but it was the straw on the camel, the headphones are going back.

This could have been a decent product but at $160 it is absolutely not worth this hassle so go ahead and close this troubleshoot and the ticket 200615-002596.

To those looking for an answer to my Nari issues - The only way I could get the speakers to stop crackling and the sound to stop popping every time some new audio comes up was to full-on remove the Synapse program (Delete files and everything.) but you lose your mic if you do as well as the surround sound.
