Razer nari mic doesnt work on pc

Hello, so my mic worked for like 7 days then it just stopped working i tested it on my mobile phone worked fine but the issue is that the mic doesnt work on pc, any help please? i would really appreciate it.

This is a known issue in the latest Windows 10 update. To recover your mic function, please try the followings steps.

Launch Razer Synapse 3.

Select your Razer Nari headset within the dashboard.

Navigate to the Mic tab.

Ensure that the Ambient Noise Reduction box is checked.

Next, navigate to the “Sounds” Settings in Windows. Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right of your task bar and click on “Sounds”.

Select the “Recording Tab” and make sure the Razer Nari is selected as your default device.

Next, click the “Properties” icon located at the bottom of the pop up.

Navigate to the “Advanced” tab.

Change the Default Format to "1channel,16bits, 44100Hz".

Click OK.

that didnt work for me :slightly_sad: i tried to get older update of windows 10 that helped but now i got the update again and cant get the older update.. any help?

Now we know, that theres no issue in your product.
Try to reinstall your OS.
