Razer Nari: New issue. Static mic.

Hello, so I bought the razer Nari, after my pair of Kraken became unusable. One of the big reasons where this robotic/static transmission coming from my end whenever I tried talking. Spent a good chunk of my money on a pair of Razer Nari, and just last week out of nowhere the same issue appears. I've taken good care of my pair of headset, and I have no idea why out of the blue, every third or fourth word I speak, turns into me speaking binary.

This is getting really frustrating, I am unable to speak with friends at all, due to it being such headache for anyone to listen to. Anyone knows whats up? I checked all my drivers that I know at least, everything is up to date. Other then the mic issue, the headphones are working as expected, producing amazing sound.

I'm having issues with my Mic since the last update!... Crackling, Robotic and Static!... I would like to go back to the previous version and see if that fixes the problem.
I'm having the same problem with Razer Nari Ultimate. Did you you guys fixed the problem?
Reinstall is a fix, but the static/robot voice always finds a way back to me..

This is a known issue in the latest Windows 10 update. To recover your mic function, please try the followings steps:

  • Launch Razer Synapse 3.
  • Select your Razer Nari headset within the dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Mic tab.
  • Ensure that the Ambient Noise Reduction box is checked.
  • Next, navigate to the “Sounds” Settings in Windows. Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right of your task bar and click on “Sounds".
  • Select the “Recording Tab” and make sure the Razer Nari is selected as your default device.
  • Next, click the “Properties” icon located at the bottom of the pop up.
  • Navigate to the “Advanced” tab.
  • Change the Default Format to "1channel,16bits,44100Hz".
  • Click OK.
Did not help for me... I did everything i can think off but no fix.. Razer fix your stuff!!!!!!

Hi there guys! Are you still having the same issue? Are there specific programs being affected (i.e. Discord, Skype, etc)?
I have the same problem in every voice program... After 10-15 word it get like this robotic sound. But in TeamSpeak when I listen to my self i can hear like a bass/echo sound before the robotic sound kicks in.

Thanks for the reply. Can you share a recording of this? Also, have you tried connecting it with another PC to see if the same issue persists?

Thanks for the recording. Please PM me the serial number of your Nari. Let's continue there.
Do NOT use "ambient noise reduction" in the MIC tab in the synapse software. Had the same problem before, but now my voice is clear for others.
I have turned off every option and tested to turn on everyone again one by one and no matter what I do it sounds the same...
