Razer Nari not connecting to pc

Ive had this headset for half a year. Last week there was a instance where when i came back to my pc and turned on my headset it didnt instantly connect, and now for the last 10 minutes i havent been able to connect it, if i turn off the headset it shows a red light (like its ran out of charge) but turning it on makes the light a flicking blue light, the "razer nari dongle recovery tool" shows: No action required which i imagine means no update needed since i cant actually click on recover. I have no idea how to fix this.
