Razer Nari Robotic Voice

Hi!
I just received my Razer Nari about 5 days ago, plugged it in and everything works fine. I then went on discord to play with some friends and everyone noticed that my mic was weird. They said my mic turned my voice into a robotic voice for a couple of seconds and that happens every once in a while. I then went on a Recording app on my computer(not related to any other chat app) and recorded myself and found that my voice turns robotic every once in a while and that the issue here wasn't discord, but the mic itself.
I've seen other reviews in which none of them mentioned that the mic would turn your voice into a robotic one at random intervals.
If anyone else has had this issue, did you fix it?
If so, how did you fix it?

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Does it happen when used in wired or wireless mode?

I am also having this issue. My friends hear a robot like voice when I am speaking in game. I am using my Nari Ultimate on Bluetooth. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My headset also started doing this always use it in wireless
NSane! How are ya? I was able to resolve my issue by ensuring that the wireless adapter was plugged into a 2.0 slot and then unchecking all enhancements in the MIC portion of Synapse. Hope this helps.
