Razer Nari Settings

I recently got a pair of Nari Ultimates (after using my Kraken Pro V2s for ages) and I'm not too sure what I think of the audio. Sometimes it sounds absolutely perfect (e.g. listening to music or watching youtube) but other times I really don't like it.

For example, when I load onto CSGO, the background music sounds fine but when I open the inventory the sound effect that plays sounds absolutely horrible. Gunshots also sound wayyyy too loud, but if I turn my audio down to the point where it's bearable, everything else sounds too quiet (e.g. footsteps, talking etc).

I don't think it's a problem with the headset itself, I think it's more of a problem with either my settings or myself (idk if it's because it sounds too different to my Krakens which I've gotten so used to using, so I don't like how it sounds). So what do you guys thing? What settings do you use? Or do you just think I'm being weird. Any help would be appreciated!
