Razer Nari sound and mic not working, Synapse does not find the Nari

So ive had this Nari for almost a year now and ive had lots of issues, mostly mic not working. But yestreday i booted up my pc to play some games and turned my headset on but no sound or working mic. i checked my sound settings on my pc and on discord, still nothing worked. So i thought it might have low battery so i charged it. Next day it tried again, still nothing. Now Razer had just started an update so i thought that that might be the problem. Razer installed the update and still nothing. I open Synapse and don't see the Nari anywhere. i tried plugging the usb in a different usb port but still nothing. Please help......
