Razer Nari Ultimate connection issues.


I just got a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate and they continue to connect and disconnect over and over again, rendering them essentially unusable.

most likely caused by nari connection to your nari dongle, try using USB port not USB hub. if still doesnt work, go to device manager and reinstall your nari from there

Have you tried switching USB ports or reinstalling its driver in the device manager? You can follow the steps here and update the firmware of your headset for further isolation.
