Razer Nari Ultimate Disconnect/Reconnect issues

So, I've had my Nari ultimate's a while now and though they have had some disconection issues in the past (often freezing all my razer gear for a few moments while it corrects itself) it's been relatively minor and only happened few and far between.

However the headset usuallyt connects to the dongle, then disconnects/reconnects a number of times before it stops recognising that it's even plugged in and disappears from my sound options in windows.

Anyone had this issue or found a fix? It seems to have gotten worse after the heatwave we have a few weeks ago, though unsure if it's entirely unrelated!

Have you replicated the issue while connecting the headset to another computer? Also, does the disconnection/interruption happen if the headset is connected to your computer using its 3.5mm cable? Try plugging and updating the headset's firmware using the link below:

Hi there, I have replicated this on another computer, and I don't have the 3.5mm cable at this address so will have to try that one next week. I've attempted both those links too and unfortunately neither have fixed the issue :slightly_sad:

Is there anything else that may help?

Thank you

Sorry to hear that the links didn't fix it. That's a possible indication of a hardware issue. And yes, if you get a hold of your 3.5mm cable, please test the headset and see if the audio cuts out. If your device is within its warranty period, please contact your merchant, and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, send me a PM if purchased from the Razer Store or authorized reseller.
