Razer Nari Ultimate Disconnecting/Connecting while Charging

I purchased these headphones two years ago and for as long as I can remember my headphones would always connect, and disconnect while charging. Making it almost impossible to actually charge them. Hence why I really didn't use them for long periods of time as the battery would die out quickly due to being lowly charged. The audio of them disconnecting/ connecting was the most annoying thing and discouraged me from trying to charge them and made me give up. I was wondering if anyone here had the same issue, nothing has been damaged nor is it faulty ports, I have tried numerous, but it still doesn't seem to work.
