Razer Nari Ultimate - Dongle Dead!

I just got my hands on my first razer headset since the Kraken back in 2015 (which my girlfriend has quietly claimed as her own), and I was ecstatic, to say the least.

Imagine my heartbreak, if you will, when I plugged the dongle in to find a nice big 'USB device not recognised' error. Upon opening Device Manager, the exact error description is 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

When I plugged the same dongle into my girlfriend's laptop, the device worked fine for about three minutes, before throwing the same error.

If anyone has an idea to solve this (I've tried removing the driver and restarting windows), it would be greatly appreciated, although I do suspect that the dongle is simply dead, I just don't want to fully admit that yet.

I'm getting the exact same error. I have tried the dongle recovery tool, tried updating the firmware, tried repairing the headset to the dongle, all through applications provided by Razer to fix these very issues but none of them worked because of the base problem being that the dongle can't even be recognized in the first place to actually be fixed or recovered.
I just purchased these two days ago, and i started getting this issue right out of the box.

I submitted a ticket to Razer Support last night. Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

I've noticed that they have recently sent out Windows updates labeled as "Razer Inc." so they are obviously working on it. There are a few software fixes that they have released such as a pairing tool, a firmware updater, and a dongle recovery tool. All should be linked in the Nari Ultimate "downloads" page. None have worked for me so far but you may have better luck. I've even reached out to Razer support and haven't gotten an email back in a whole week so something is definitely amiss and with the Windows updates, it's clear they are aware and working on it but obviously haven't found any concrete fix yet.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. If you've contacted our Support Team, please send me a PM together with the case number and device's serial number. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
