Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One - mic problem

    Hey all,

    Was expecting this to have been a simple pairing process, but have spent many hours trying to fix.

    It appears that my mic cannot be heard at all, but appears to get some noise if blowing onto the mic.

    Have paired it twice, rebooted etc. Made sure mic is facing forward and vent away. Audio appears to be working fine? Doesn't matter if it's in game or trying to send a voice message to someone else.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    Please check if the mic is on mute. To do this, please press the Game/Chat balance control to mute or unmute the microphone. PM me should you need further assistance.

    Unsure if you're being serious or not? As stated, there's sound if blown directly into the mic. Mute was the first thing I checked.

    Please close this thread, as I've since returned it and confirmed that the headset was DOA out of the box.

    @WhipCracker You'd be surprised by how often people report that the mic stopped working only to find out that the mute button is engaged. Anyways, thanks for updating the thread. I'll be locking it as requested.
